My Story

For years, I ran on overload, constantly managing, striving, and pushing through, until a double diagnosis of Graves’ and Hashimoto’s brought me to a breaking point.

I devoted myself to healing through integrative approaches and eventually reached remission.

The real turning point came when I discovered how deeply our psychological patterns can shape our health. The beliefs we carry, the inherited roles we play, and the stories we tell ourselves all influence our reality.

Doing the inner work changed everything. I moved from overfunctioning to living with greater intention, honoring boundaries, and redefining success on my own terms.

What emerged on the other side was something I never expected: I entered menopause and the empty-nest years as the healthiest version of myself, with more energy than I'd had in years and a renewed sense of purpose.

Before coaching, I spent 25+ years in executive and entrepreneurial roles across France and the U.S. I found deep fulfillment in connecting with people, uncovering potential, fostering growth, and turning challenge into meaningful action.

Today, that’s at the heart of the work I do with women—helping them rebuild from the inside out and create a life where well-being and ambition can thrive together.
