My Story

For years, I ran on overload, juggling family, career, and ambition, until a double diagnosis of Graves’ and Hashimoto’s brought me to a breaking point. I had no choice but to learn to live differently.

I devoted myself to healing, embracing integrative practices, and eventually reached remission.

My real turning point came when I discovered how deeply our psychological patterns can contribute to chronic disease. The beliefs we carry, the inherited roles we play, and the stories we tell ourselves all shape our reality and cost us our health.

Doing the inner work is what changed everything. I moved from overfunctioning to living with intention, broke old patterns, honored boundaries, and redefined what success really means, leaving me feeling more vital than I had in years.

I entered menopause and my empty-nest years as the healthiest version of myself, with a newfound purpose in coaching.

My Background

Before coaching, I spent 25+ years in executive and entrepreneurial roles across France and the U.S. I always found my deepest fulfillment in connecting with people, understanding what drives them, fostering growth, and turning challenges into clear, meaningful action.

Today, that’s the heart of my coaching.
